Program Terms

Last updated: 27 July 2026

Sky High Soccer Academy is currently gathering expressions of interest. Paid enrolments are not yet open. Full program terms — including booking, payment, cancellations, refunds, session behaviour, medical acknowledgments and photography consent — will be provided in writing before you're asked to enrol or pay.

What this page covers

This page is a placeholder that describes the areas the full program terms will address. Submitting an expression of interest through the website does not create a booking or a contract for coaching services.

Areas the full terms will cover

  • How to book a place in a program, and when a place is confirmed.
  • Session fees, payment schedules and accepted payment methods.
  • Cancellations, transfers, refunds and make-up sessions.
  • What we and you agree about weather, venue changes and coach substitutions.
  • Expected behaviour of players and spectators, and the process if standards aren't met.
  • Photography and video: when we take it, how we use it, and how consent works.
  • Medical acknowledgments, injury and emergency contacts.
  • Insurance and supervision arrangements.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in the eventual program terms will exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

The program terms will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
