Who we are

"Sky High Soccer Academy", "we", "us" and "our" refers to the business trading as Sky High Soccer Academy, operating in New South Wales, Australia. You can reach us at hello@skyhighsoccer.com.

What we collect

Our general enquiry form is designed to work for a wide range of enquiries. Depending on why you're getting in touch, we may collect:

• Your name (the person completing the form).
• Email address.
• Telephone number.
• The type of enquiry and the program or service you're interested in.
• General location or suburb.
• Participant details where relevant (for example, a player's name, age or playing position).
• Club or organisation details where relevant (for coaches, clubs or community partners).
• The message you supply.
• Your consent choices, the exact wording you accepted, and the time it was recorded.
• Basic technical information about your submission (such as browser and request metadata) used to protect the form from abuse.

We only ask for what we reasonably need to respond. Please do not include medical, health or other sensitive personal information through this general enquiry form. Where relevant, that information can be collected separately during formal enrolment.

Children's information

Our general enquiry form may be used by adult participants, parents, guardians, coaches, clubs and other members of the community. Where information about a person under 18 is provided, we ask the person submitting the form to confirm that they are authorised to provide it.

For formal enrolment in programs involving a participant under 18, we will require the involvement and consent of a parent, legal guardian or appropriately authorised adult.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry.
• To provide information about programs or services.
• To recommend an appropriate next step.
• To manage related follow-up.
• To communicate about possible enrolment, bookings, club services or partnerships.
• To send marketing emails only where the optional marketing checkbox was selected.
• To protect the website and form from spam or misuse.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Who receives your information

We use website hosting, database, email and security providers to operate the website and process enquiries. We take reasonable steps to restrict access to authorised users and protect information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Some of these providers may process information outside Australia; we choose reputable providers that offer appropriate technical and organisational safeguards.

How we store and protect it

Traffic between your browser and our website is encrypted with HTTPS. Access to enquiry records and the enquiry inbox is restricted to the people at Sky High who need it to respond and manage programs. We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access.

How long we keep it

General enquiry information is ordinarily retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless it is required for an active enrolment, booking, legal matter, insurance purpose, safeguarding issue or other legitimate record-keeping requirement. Information that is no longer reasonably required will be deleted or de-identified where practicable.

Marketing emails

We only send marketing emails to people who have ticked the optional marketing box on the form. Every marketing email includes an easy way to unsubscribe. You can also ask us to remove you from marketing at any time by emailing hello@skyhighsoccer.com.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses only the cookies and local storage needed to make the site work (for example, remembering items you add to the shop cart). We do not currently run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for consent.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
• Delete personal information that is no longer reasonably required, subject to any legal, insurance, safeguarding, dispute-resolution or record-keeping obligations.
• Stop sending marketing emails.

Complaints

Privacy questions or complaints can be sent to hello@skyhighsoccer.com. We will acknowledge the matter within a reasonable period and aim to provide a substantive response within 30 days. If you remain dissatisfied, you may seek information from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner about whether it can consider your complaint (oaic.gov.au).

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows the most recent revision. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
